The problem
Booking a doctor meant calling at seven in the morning. Busy line — call again. And even once booked, nobody told you how long the wait would be.
The solution
The queue is visible in real time. You book, you see your number, and a notification arrives as your turn approaches. You show up only when you need to.
Navbat does one simple thing: it shows how many people are ahead of you. It does not shorten the queue or make the doctor faster — but it removes the uncertainty.
Uncertainty is what exhausts people, not the waiting itself. Once you know when to set off, the rest of the time is yours.
